She is usually posting images of her healthy tuna salad or morning workouts.
But health and fitness blogger Emma Murphy had something more important to share with her Facebook followers on Tuesday.
The mother-of-two, from Dublin, Ireland, uploaded a shocking, five-minute video of herself with a black eye, alleging that her partner of 3½ years punched her last week when she confronted him about cheating on her.

“I’ve been thinking long and hard and contemplating whether to post this video,” she began.
“I finally decided after a lot of thinking that, yeah, I need to do this for me and my children. I need to raise awareness to the women out there.”
Her video had been shared 90,000 times and viewed more than 5 million times by Wednesday morning.
Thousands of domestic violence victims have left comments on her Facebook page, saying that her brave video has given them the courage to talk about or report their own experiences.
